Wen Xu (温旭, Wēn Xù) was the eldest son of Wen Ruohan, the leader of the Qishan Wen Sect. He was decapitated by Nie Mingjue, his head hung up as a demonstration to the Wen Sect's cultivators, and his body cut into pieces and ground up by the cultivators of the Qinghe Nie Sect.[1]

Wen Xu accused the Gusu Lan Sect of some wrongdoing and forced them to burn down the Cloud Recesses under the guise of cleansing the place so that it could be "reborn from the firelight".[2]
Wen Xu was decapitated by Nie Mingjue and his corpse cut into pieces to show off to the Wen Sect's troops at Hejian.[1]
