Mo Village (莫家庄, Mò Jiāzhuāng) is the village where Mo Xuanyu lives with his family – his aunt Madam Mo, the leader of the village, her husband, and his cousin Mo Ziyuan. Other residents include the servants A-Tong and A-Ding, and formerly, Mo Xuanyu's mother Second Lady Mo.

Massacre at Mo Manor[]
At the start of the novel Mo Village is plagued with walking corpses, which have been drawn by the unusually strong resentful energy of the demonic arm. This spurs the inhabitants to seek help from the Gusu Lan Clan, whereupon Lan Sizhui and Lan Jingyi encounter the newly resurrected Wei Wuxian in the body of Mo Xuanyu.[1]
Once the Demonic Left Arm finds its way into Mo Manor via Mo Ziyuan, it kills all the remaining members of the Mo family: Madam Mo and her husband, alongside their servant A-Tong. This fulfills Mo Xuanyu's request for revenge, thereby freeing Wei Wuxian from the cursed wounds on his new body.[2][3]
