Baxia (霸下, Bàxià) is Nie Mingjue's saber.
Description[]
The body of the sword has a bright glare, and the blade itself is vaguely tinted in the red shade of blood.[1]
Use[]
During the Sunshot Campaign, Baxia decapitates Wen Xu in one blow.[1]
After Nie Mingjue's capture by the Wen Clan, Jin Guangyao asserts that Wen Ruohan's immense spiritual power can break Baxia in one hit. After Jin Guangyao kills Wen Ruohan to save Nie Mingjue, Nie Mingjue then attempts to kill his former friend with Baxia.[2]
Saber Spirit[]
All Qinghe Nie Clan members who cultivate with the saber have eventually died of a qi deviation due to killing intent of the saber spirit.[3]
Nie Mingjue and Baxia prove no exception, although his qi deviation is hastened by Jin Guangyao's use of Collection of Spirit Turmoil.[4]
Web Series Divergence[]
In the Web Series, Baxia's spirit becomes tainted by the Yin Tiger Tally, and serves as the source of Nie Mingjue's resentful energy, rather than Nie Mingjue's Fierce Corpse.[5]

Trivia[]
- Baxia is one of the names of the mythical Bixi, one of the nine sons of the Dragon King. Sculptures of Bixi are found at mausoleums and tombs.
